Please read before booking. By booking, you agree to these terms.
Booking & Slots
- •All bookings require admin approval after online submission.
- •You will receive email confirmation once your booking is approved.
- •Arrive 15 minutes before your session start time.
- •Late arrivals may forfeit unused time without refund.
Booking Requests
- •Submit your booking request online with team and slot details.
- •Pending requests do not guarantee the slot until approved.
- •If rejected, the slot becomes available again for other teams.
- •Payment is arranged directly at the stadium after approval.
Ground Usage
- •Maximum 22 players per full ground booking unless otherwise agreed.
- •Proper cricket footwear required. Metal spikes only on designated areas.
- •Teams are responsible for cleaning their dugout area after use.
Prohibited
- •Smoking and alcohol on premises.
- •Non-cricket activities without prior written approval.
- •Pets on the playing field.
Liability
- •Players participate at their own risk. Stadium is not liable for personal injury.
- •Damage to property caused by teams will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation
- •Contact the stadium to reschedule approved bookings.
- •Cancellations should be made as early as possible.
- •Repeated no-shows may affect future booking approvals.
